Step-By-Step Instructions:
- Prepare an indoor or outdoor grill.
- In a medium bowl, mix together turkey, chili powder, garlic powder and black pepper. Divide turkey into seven equal portions, shaping into a patty.
- Place patties on grill rack; grill 3-4 minutes per side or until juices run clear.
- Place burger on bun and top with 2 Tsps.. avocado, 1 tomato slice and 1/2 slice cheese. Repeat process for remaining 6 burgers.
