Cut the pressed tofu into cubes and place them in a shallow dish. Pour half of the marinade over the tofu, ensuring each piece is coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

While the tofu is marinating, prepare the vegetables. Thread the marinated tofu, red onion chunks, bell pepper chunks, and yellow squash rounds onto skewers, alternating between the ingredients.
