Step-By-Step Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker, cover and cook on high for 6 hours.
  2. When the meat is done, gently remove from the sauce. Puree the sauce with an immersion blender or in a stand blender.
  3. Shred the beef and return to the sauce.
