Step-By-Step Instructions:
- Pat the shrimp dry using paper towels. Place the egg whites and water in a shallow bowl, whisking to combine.
- Combine the panko bread crumbs, coconut, cumin, turmeric, coriander, and salt in another shallow bowl.
- Dip the shrimp in the egg mixture, allowing the excess to drip back into the bowl, and then coat in the panko mixture. Place the coated shrimp on a wire rack. Repeat with all shrimp.
- Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray the shrimp with nonstick cooking spray for 2 seconds. Set the temperature to 400º F and air fry for 4 minutes. Turn the shrimp over. Air fry for 2 to 4 minutes, or until the shrimp are golden brown. Serve warm.
